How to assess your PELVIC FLOOR!
Have you ever checked your pelvic floor before? Many ladies haven't even looked down below, let alone checked it! 
Within this challenge I will teach you how to assess you pelvic floor - you will have FOUR OPTIONS, 2 internal checks and 2 external checks.

I will also talk you through different results and what they mean - along with types of activities that can help.

How to assess your MOBILITY
Often we think of just our "pelvic floor" muscles, but pelvic floor issues can cause or stem from issues elsewhere. 
During the second week of the challenge we will assess your mobility - from our feet to shoulders and everywhere in between!

LIVE VIDEOS
Monday - Friday I will be on to talk to you about your pelvic floor and mobility, and give you information and tips - these will be recorded if you can't make it live.

A Private FACEBOOK GROUP 
Where you will have access to me to ask any questions you have on the challenge. This group will be open for the two weeks of the challenge and then achived - so you will keep access to all the questions and videos even after the challenge. 

Information on the APP and PROGRAM SITE
All downloads and information will be loaded into your program site for long term access - so you can refer back to the information at any time.

LIVE WORKOUT
At the end of the challenge we will do a workout together (in the Facebook group) to help with the pelvic floor and mobility - this will also be available later within your program site/app for easy access to repeat at a later time.

Your Questions Answered...
What if I don't know if I have pelvic floor issues?
Then this challenge is perfect for you as by the end of it you will know for sure AND you will know what you need to do to keep your pelvic floor healthy.
What equipment will I need?
None really, but a yoga block (or rolled up towel), a kids ball, a broom stick will be useful - you should be find what you need around the house.
I am already seeing a pelvic floor PT - is this challenge still relevant for me?
If they have done internal work with you, and checked your mobility and you understand your results - then no there is no need to join this challenge.
Do I need access to the internet?
YES. All the videos, workouts, Q&As will be done in a private FB group and the program site needs access to the internet.
Will this help my pelvic floor even if it has been a long time since I had my child/children?
Absolutely! And possibly even more important later in life.
 Can I do this while pregnant?
Yes, but if you are close to delivery I would wait till the next challenge.
 How do I get access to the challenge? 
After you sign up you will be sent the links to the program site and FB group via email - so make sure you look for that. We will be doing the Q&As in the FB group and you will have access to the downloads in the program site.

Katie Bowman sums it up so nicely, I think I’ll just quote her.

One of the reasons people have a difficult time correcting their own ailments is because they are not changing what they did that caused it in the first place ...

And I don’t mean what they were doing the moment before the ailment happened.

Fixing DR is the same as anything else.

It is not a situation caused by pregnancy, or a giant baby.

It is caused by carrying high pressure in the abdomen.

Trying to do exercises to fix a pressure-induced issue while continuing to hold your body in a way that continues to create high pressure will never work.

If a pressure-based ailment has developed in your body, then your entire body needs to be aligned so the pressure goes back to the correct homeostatic values.

We have become a

     - Spot-treatment kind of culture.
     - An “I’ll give my health at least 60 minutes-a-day” kind of population.
    -( An “I’ll spend more money on my clothes than I on what’s under them” kind of population.

But if you are really interested in fixing your DR for good, you need to learn what caused it and what you are doing, right now, that is keeping the split in place.

In the Foundational Program we do just that, find your underlying issues and work on fixing those!
